My current level of expertise came with a few…. rough learning experiences. This was one of them. In this video my ex Elena is hung by her full weight on her neck using a soft towel for the noose. (Full weight is out of the question now.) We agreed on thirty seconds, which as I know now is too long and asking for trouble. She passed out cold after ten, and being inexperienced I didn’t realize it. (I can spot it in an instant now but this is what it took.) So there she hung for another twenty seconds, with her stomach convulsing as her body tried to breathe.
